Langdon Flynn 365

Today we get to announce a very exciting new hire at Langdon Flynn Communications. Beginning September 1, Michelle Kruczynski joins our little circle of life as Director of Development.

Ken and I have known Michelle for a while now. Sometimes you meet people and you just know that they “get it”. She’s definitely one of those people.

As our company grows and as we begin to chart the course of direction for the years to come, both Ken and I realize that we need to surround ourselves with very driven and capable personalities. We’re both very proud of the jobs that Ceatta and Rosalind have done building their respective teams. We know that we have remarkably strong assets with Chelsea, Casey and Tara. Adding Michelle into the equation was all about timing and circumstance. It wasn’t easy to pry her away from her own company, which was thriving, but bringing her in makes us stronger on every level.

Our Director of Development will take on the responsibilities of generating new business and making sure that our employee progress and well-being continues to improve. Michelle also brings a great list of clients with her that we all look forward to working with for years to come. She brings the energy and knowledge we need to help our company progress in many, many aspects.

So, champagne toast in plastic cups coming September 1st, Michelle. Welcome to the madness!
