Ken Langdon is the co-founder of Langdon Flynn Communications and oversees the agency's Food & Beverage and Hotels division. Prior to starting Langdon Flynn, Langdon founded Heat Communications, a Las Vegas-based PR and Social Media agency that specialized in the food & beverage and luxury lifestyle industries. Langdon moved to Las Vegas from Southern California to take the role of PR Director at Caesars Palace where his department championed external publicity efforts for the legendary resort and casino with an emphasis on its non-gaming amenities including Qua Baths & Spa, Color – A Salon by Michael Boychuck, and fine dining establishments Restaurant Guy Savoy, Rao's, Payard Pâtisserie & Bistro, Bradley Ogden and Bobby Flay's Mesa Grill. Under Langdon's direction, the Caesars Palace PR team was named the small corporate communications team of the year (2008) by PRWeek magazine.
Langdon's PR career began with The Walt Disney Company where he spent time at both Walt Disney World in Florida and Disneyland in California, working on numerous special events and attraction openings including Millennium Dreamers, 100 Years of Magic, and Disneyland's 50th Anniversary celebration. Langdon gained valuable international experience as a member of Hong Kong Disneyland's opening PR team – planning and executing special events while working with journalists from Hong Kong, Singapore, Thailand, the Philippines and mainland China.
While living in Boston, Langdon launched the PR department within Best Buddies International, where he served as Media Relations Director and generated publicity through community-based fundraisers and special events.

Steve Flynn is the co-founder of Langdon Flynn Communications and oversees the agency's Entertainment & Sports division. Prior to starting Langdon Flynn, Flynn was the founder and President of Stephen Flynn Enterprises (SFE), a Las Vegas-based agency that handled some of the largest sporting events and entertainers in Las Vegas and the country for almost a decade.
With well over 100 World Championship Boxing and MMA events under their belt, SFE became the go-to agency for handling publicity efforts and fight-week coordination for some of the biggest events in the sport of boxing. Having worked at such historic venues as Madison Square Garden, The Staples Center, Mandalay Bay and MGM Grand, SFE worked side-by-side with boxing and sports writers from all over the world on events such as De la Hoya vs. Trinidad, Jones vs. Tarver, Holyfield vs. Lewis, Barrera vs. Morales, Pacquiao vs. Morales, De la Hoya vs. Hopkins and Hopkins vs. Calzaghe. SFE also worked on numerous MMA events for the UFC and handled all the media and public relations logistics for the Robbie Maddison "Red Bull—New Year's No Limits" motorcycle jump at Paris Las Vegas in 2008.
In addition to the sport-based PR, SFE has handled the personal public relations for some of Las Vegas' brightest entertainment stars. Flynn worked as the personal PR rep for Criss Angel for four years, where he helped oversee the logistics for the shooting of seasons 3 and 4 of "Criss Angel—MINDFREAK" as well as the launch of Criss Angel Believe with Cirque du Soleil at Luxor Las Vegas. He has worked with Carrot Top for more than three years, helping book appearances on some of the biggest shows on television including The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, Late Night with Conan O'Brien, Live with Regis and Kelly, Last Comic Standing, Gene Simmons Family Jewels and The Late Late Show With Craig Ferguson. Flynn also handles the PR efforts for Holly Madison, who is the most recent shining star in Las Vegas and has helped Holly achieve the title of the first ever "Miss Las Vegas."

Ceatta Bogataj is an Account Director with the agency's entertainment and sports divisions. She was previously the Director of Operations at SFE for almost a decade. Her experience in handling logistics and credentialing operations for big events is unparalleled.
Bogataj has managed media center and credential operations for some of the biggest live sporting events in the country and in Latin America. She has worked closely with some of the highest profile promoters in the boxing industry including Top Rank Boxing, Don King Productions, Gary Shaw Productions and Banner Promotions. She has handled all logistics for fights at Madison Square Garden, The Staples Center, The Alamodome, Cowboys Stadium and Yankee Stadium, The Boardwalk Hall in Atlantic City as well as international fights in Puerto Rico and Mexico.
As an Account Supervisor, Bogataj has gained powerful contacts and experience in her work with some of the companies highest profile entertainers as well as hands-on experience with clients such as Holly Madison, Matt Goss, Louie Anderson and Josh Strickland.

Rosalind Terlitzky is an Account Director with the agency's food & beverage and hotel divisions and provides Langdon Flynn's clients a wide range of experience in the fields of gaming, entertainment, food & beverage and special event execution. As a Senior Account Executive with Heat Communications, Terlitzky managed a variety of accounts ranging from restaurants, to luxury lifestyle to entertainment. She took the lead on client pitches across all disciplines and possesses a wealth of contacts in the local, regional and national marketplaces.
As a PR manager at Caesars Palace, Terlitzky was part of the award-winning team that launched a variety of new amenities including Restaurant Guy Savoy (AAA Five-Diamond/Michelin 2-star), Rao's, Payard Pâtisserie & Bistro, Qua Baths & Spa and Color – A Salon by Michael Boychuck. Terlitzky played an integral part in publicizing property special events such as Caesars Palace's 40th Anniversary Toga Party hosted by celebrity Jenny McCarthy, NBC's National Heads-Up Poker Championship, A.V.P. Gods and Goddesses of the Beach and Vegas Uncorked – a Bon Appétit Epicurean Experience. With almost a decade of public relations and marketing experience, Michelle St. Angelo has established herself as one of the top industry professionals in Las Vegas. After many years of agency experience, where she serviced clients in varying industries and developed company-wide social media services, St. Angelo quenched her thirst for entrepreneurship by starting her own consultancy (Karma Communications) in August of 2010. It was there that she nurtured her passion for business development and learned the ins-and-outs of running a solo operation. Finding success in partnering with clients in the nonprofit, hospitality, entertainment and tourism sectors, Karma Communications quickly developed a reputation for providing creative and effective word-of-mouth strategies. She moved her business to Langdon Flynn Communications in September 2011.
