LAS VEGAS – (March 7, 2011) – Marché Bacchus French Bistro & Wine Market is excited to welcome a special winemaker dinner featuring Garric Cellars on March 24. Don't miss this opportunity to meet owners Gary Ochwat and Ricardo Cajulis at 6:30 p.m. for a five-course menu and pairing created by Executive Chef Jean Paul Labadie. This exceptional menu is priced at $95 (excluding tax and gratuity) and includes:

Garric Cellars was named one of Wine Spectator's Exciting New Cabernet Labels among "20 to Watch – Twenty new faces that aim for the gold ring and could be the next Cult wines." Chicago physicians, Gary Ochwat and Ricardo Cajulis, met in Chicago and realized they had many interests in common including making incredible wine. Their Cabernet Sauvignon is made by Pam Starr, one of the most noted winemakers in Napa Valley, and is from grapes sourced from Gemstone and Larkmead Vineyards.

About Marché Bacchus French Bistro & Wine Market

Located at 2620 Regatta Drive in Las Vegas, Nevada, the Marché Bacchus menu offers traditional and contemporary French cuisine for both lunch and dinner; while the adjoining retail wine store features more than 950 references of French, American, Italian and Australian wines – with bottles for the collector and novice alike. Guests dining at Marché Bacchus have the option to select a bottle from the market's "wine list" and enjoy while dining for only $10 over retail price. The restaurant is open Mon-Sat for lunch and dinner and Sunday for brunch and dinner and features live music on Wednesday evenings. Lunch is served from 11am to 4:30pm and dinner is served from 5:30pm to 9:30pm Monday-Thursday and Sunday; and 5:30pm to 10pm on Friday and Saturday.
