HARD ROCK'S 40TH ANNIVERSARY MEMORABILIA BUS TOUR COMES TO HARD ROCK CAFES LAS VEGAS, JUNE 22nd- 23RD

Las Vegas, Nev., June 15, 2011 – In celebration of Hard Rock International's 40th Anniversary, Hard Rock Cafe has launched a memorabilia tour which kicked off on May 18th in New York City, and will tour North America throughout the summer. The rock 'n' roll iconic bus will be coming to Las Vegas, June 22nd- 23rd. The 53' traveling museum is complete with some of the most historic and iconic pieces of music memorabilia.
It all started with one guitar. A red Fender guitar donated by its owner Eric Clapton. Now Hard Rock Cafes around the world showcase the largest and most valuable music memorabilia collection on the planet- 70,000 pieces (and counting). The outfitted bus will be sharing memorabilia like: Jimi Hendrix' Flying V guitar, Brian Jones' Vox teardrop guitar, one of Freddie Mercury's Spandex stage outfits, handwritten John Lennon lyrics, the jacket from the cover of The Beatles' 'Rubber Soul', Peter Frampton's outfit and talk box from 'Frampton Comes Alive', Michael Jackson's mega-iconic "Beat It" jacket, and TONS more.
The traveling collection will also feature a fully interactive experience with branded video messaging, two rock walls and a green screen photo takeaway. Tour visitors will also receive 20% off food and beverages (alcohol not included) at both Las Vegas Hard Rock Cafe locations. There will be music gurus on hand to answer any questions regarding the amazing collection and bus. This is the most ambitious and spectacular tour Hard Rock has ever undertaken. "Hard Rock on Wheels" is a unique and authentic consumer experience for all the fans and music aficionados who understand the importance of the history of rock music.
